Acupuncturists’ feedback after studying the 3C technique

针灸医生们学习3C技术后的反馈

There exists in the human body a phenomenon of Crossing and Corporeal Correspondence (3C). It is also a complete system. By using this system, we can locate the acupoint and eliminate pain with great precision. Thanks to this precision in point selection, some pains may even “escape,” but with 3C technology, it becomes possible to track and completely eliminate the pain — a first in the history of acupuncture. Thus, in pain treatment, the 3C technique is more effective, faster, more evident in its results, and simpler to apply than traditional acupuncture or the various forms of acupuncture currently in practice. Without using meridians or traditional acupuncture points, once widely adopted, this method will greatly reduce human suffering. This new method was created in 2000 by Dr. Zhu Weimin, an orthopedic surgeon in France and a licensed acupuncturist in Switzerland. It has already undergone five years of clinical validation by Dr. Yang Yibin in France and Dr. Sun Yuxia in Canada.”

Many thanks to Dr. Mao for organizing this! 🌹🌹🌹

I just treated a patient suffering from lower back pain. Out of curiosity, I decided to try Professors Zhu and Yang’s “3C” acupuncture method — and the result was simply magical, without the slightest exaggeration! I was overjoyed, moved, and amazed! The patient was still lying on the treatment table, but I couldn’t wait to share this experience!

It was the patient’s second visit. During her first appointment last week, she had such acute lower back pain that she couldn’t walk. After a session using traditional acupuncture methods, she was able to return to work the next day. However, today she came back saying the pain had shifted — from the center of the lumbosacral region to the right side of her body. She also mentioned lower abdominal discomfort since her gallbladder removal surgery.

So, I inserted a needle into the right side of her abdomen, and just two seconds later, she said the pain was gone! I couldn’t believe it, so I asked her to get up, walk around, and bend over — and still, no pain! Just one needle, in only two seconds! Absolutely incredible! Deep admiration and gratitude! 🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏😄

Dr Alice Mao Danemark

I have a bit of time now, so I’ll share an experience. A patient told me they had some pain in their ankle. I recorded a short video, and — during the time it took to record the video — the pain completely disappeared! It’s both amazing and simple.

It was actually because of the video recording that it took 34 seconds; otherwise, it could have been even shorter.

Dr. Zhu Weimin, France

Many years ago, after studying Dong (Tung) acupuncture, Tan Tefu’s “instant-effect” meridian balance acupuncture, and Wang Wenyuan’s balanced acupuncture, I found through clinical practice that these methods were indeed sometimes very effective for treating pain. However, in the majority of cases, they were ineffective or the results were unsatisfactory. Through further observation and practical experience, I eventually discovered the existence in the human body of a “Crossing and Corporeal Correspondence System.” For pain treatment, this system offers higher effectiveness, faster visible improvement, and higher cure rates than any acupuncture method I had previously used. Moreover, certain types of pain that were resistant to all other forms of treatment — such as: two years of chest pain, post-COVID sequelae, seven years of intestinal pain, thirty years of back pain, seven years of postoperative scar pain, post-traumatic algodystrophy, etc. — were completely cured in one or two sessions using the 3C technique. No meridians needed, no acupuncture points needed; the method is simple and flexible to apply.

Thus, when faced with pain, one should not be intimidated by the diagnostic terms of modern medicine, nor by the notion that “everything has been tried: various treatments, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, with no results.” One can always try the 3C method. However, it is necessary to deepen one’s understanding of the advanced 3C techniques as well as the strategies to apply in situations where the results are insufficient.

Dr Yezi Sweden

Last week, I used the “3C therapy” to treat three patients, and the results were very good 👍.
One of them, a young man, had pain in the second joint of his left middle finger and couldn’t bend it.
I immediately applied what I had learned in class: I inserted a needle into the middle toe of his right leg.
When he got up, he was already able to extend his finger without any pain!
He was amazed by how fast it worked…!
I took the opportunity to introduce him to our Professor Zhu 👨‍🏫[Thumbs up][Rose][Smile].

Dr Yesi Sweden

@自然健康 Zhu Weimin I believe that your 3C technique will also leave a valuable legacy in the history of the development of traditional Chinese medicine. [Thumbs up][Rose][Smile][Hands joined]

So far, I’ve used the 3C therapy five times, and each time it was very successful ✌️.
Thanks to Professor Zhu 🙏😊.

I have also used the 3C therapy many times, and most cases have been successful. But recently, I had a patient suffering from lateral epicondylitis (“tennis elbow”), a 63-year-old man. He has been experiencing pain in his right elbow for 6 months, with an intensity of 8 during movement and 6 at rest, accompanied by tingling, more pronounced in the morning.

He also suffers from stomach pain and diarrhea for the past 2 weeks. His blood pressure is slightly low, his hands and feet are cold, and he tires easily. His sleep is adequate, and he has no other illnesses.

The location of the elbow pain is very similar to that shown in Mr. Yang’s video. After the first session of 3C therapy, the pain decreased significantly, and the treated area was similar to that in the video. However, during the second session, the pain returned to its original state. He has now undergone 4 sessions; the stomach pain and diarrhea have improved, but the epicondylitis persists.

I am seeking guidance from the teachers. [Rose]

Pr Sun Yindi R.P. China

I would like to share some good news with all the teachers. This morning, I tested the method on three patients during my consultation.

First patient: Pain in the center of the lower back for three days. Examination revealed positive tenderness of the L4-L5 and L5-S1 intervertebral ligaments. I found a clearly tender area on the T6, T7, and T8 spinous processes. Three silver needles were applied to these points. The patient immediately felt complete relief from the pain. After leaving the needles in for 20 minutes, the pain remained completely gone. The patient is scheduled to return for a follow-up in one week.

Second patient: A 72-year-old woman suffering from osteoarthritis in both knees for 11 years and lower back pain for over three years, which worsened in the past two months (diagnosis: lumbar disc herniation with spinal canal stenosis). Last week, before learning the 3C technique, I used the myofascial trigger point method to release the intervertebral foramen; her pain, rated 10 out of 10, decreased to 3. This week, after learning the 3C technique, I applied the corresponding 3C points on the back and bilateral axes, leaving the needles in for 20 minutes. On the bed, the patient immediately felt the pain completely disappear. After needle removal, she expressed amazement at the effectiveness of the technique and is scheduled to return for follow-up in a week.

Third patient: A 30-year-old man who suddenly experienced pain on the left side of his lower back, near the quadratus lumborum muscle, while lifting an object. After three days of bed rest, he slightly improved and came to the hospital today with assistance. According to 3C theory, I found a tender point on the right shoulder and back and applied a silver needle. He immediately felt the pain disappear. [Happy][Happy][Happy]

This is the needle I used today on a patient with shingles. At that moment, he said it was a miraculous needle — the pain was gone.

@自然健康 Zhu Weimin — During the academic research conference on acupuncture in Stockholm, I was particularly interested in the “3C” lecture. For various reasons, I was only able to attend the second half.
I didn’t expect that after the conference, you would once again give us a full explanation at President Yang’s clinic. It’s truly a miracle. Thank you for your kindness and your great heart. ❤️🙏

Yes, there have already been many successful cases, and it seems we’ve come to take it quite naturally. As long as the right spot is found, the effect is immediate. I’ll share some typical cases so that everyone can study and improve together. I also want to express special thanks to Dr. Yang for guiding us in raising our awareness and personal cultivation.

Doctor Zhu : Hello ! Case Reports of Three Patients: Clinical Application of the 3C Technique

Abstract:
The 3C technique has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in clinical practice. The following three cases illustrate the rapid response of this technique to different symptoms.

Case 1: Gastric discomfort after brain tumor surgery with occipital pain
Patient: female, 32 years old, post brain tumor surgery, complaining of nausea and bloating. After approximately 20 minutes of traditional acupuncture treatment, her gastric discomfort was significantly relieved, but the occipital pain persisted. As the patient was in a supine position, and referring to the cerebral cross-system principle proposed by Dr. Zhu, two needles were inserted at the corresponding points on the forehead. The occipital pain quickly diminished and completely disappeared within a few minutes.

Case 2: Menopausal syndrome with left breast pain
Patient: female, experiencing menopause-related symptoms and complaining of left breast pain. According to the cross-reaction principle of the 3C technique, the corresponding area on the lower right abdomen was selected for acupuncture. After needle insertion, the pain was immediately relieved with a notable effect.

Case 3: Pain in the arches of both feet
The patient complained of pain in the arches of both feet, worsened by activity. Using the 3C technique, acupuncture was applied to the palms of the hands. After treatment, the pain was significantly reduced.

Conclusion:
These three cases demonstrate that Dr. Zhu’s 3C technique offers advantages such as flexible point selection, rapid effect, and clinically significant responses in the treatment of various conditions. It warrants further clinical observation and broader application.

The 3C Rapid Pain Relief Technique is truly amazing. In clinical practice, it embodies the principle of great simplicity while saving a lot of time. The results are immediate and effective after just one treatment, with no rebound. It’s really something you have to experience to believe.
I’m deeply grateful to @Natural Health Zhu Weimin for sharing over 30 years of research achievements, and to Dr. @YangyiBin for promoting it together. I hope more people can learn from it and benefit.[Fight][Fight][Fight][Rose][Rose][Rose]

Pr Sun Yindi R.P. China

I have been using the 3C technique for about a week and found that it is easy to remember, simple to operate, and remarkably effective. I have treated more than 40 patient cases, with an effectiveness rate close to 100%. Only one patient reported that the results were not obvious, giving an apparent effectiveness rate of about 70–80%. I sincerely thank Professor Zhu for his selfless sharing [Fight][Fight][Fight]! After I conduct further clinical verification and observe the long-term effects, I will share my findings with everyone [Fight][Fight][Fight]!

Doctor Zhu :

When the results are not very good, we still have tactics we can use — namely, attacking from both sides and pursuing the treatment further. This approach can increase your apparent effectiveness rate to over 90%.

In addition, this is a treatment method that awakens the body’s self-healing system.
Although there may still be some pain when the needle is withdrawn, this pain will naturally disappear within several hours or days after removal.

You’ve achieved such results after learning just a little — that’s already quite impressive. As for the techniques, they are described in more detail in the book. Unfortunately, it’s not available for purchase domestically at the moment, but we are currently working on getting it published in the country.

Dr Peng Yuan Danemark

Based on current practice, the 3C technique has indeed proven to be fast-acting and remarkably effective in treating pain. It shows excellent results for both acute and long-term chronic pain. The procedure is simple, provides a good experience for patients, shortens treatment time, and helps save medical costs. There are just so many benefits! Many thanks to Pr. Zhu and Pr. Yang for their contributions! 🙏🙏🙏

Dr Yang Yibin France

In particular, for patients who have suffered from chronic pain for many years, when you use the 3C technique to treat them, their pain decreases very quickly — within a few minutes, or even a few seconds, it almost completely disappears. The patients exclaim with admiration, “It’s miraculous!” This is the effect of the 3C technique. They immediately share their experience with their relatives and friends, and your clinic becomes increasingly busy. The patients’ feelings and gratitude fill you with joy. It is a way to cultivate your mind and elevate your virtue! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Dr Shan Qin Swisse

Patient: Female, Malaysian, 46 years old, has lived in Switzerland for over twenty years.
She has a history of hyperthyroidism and has been taking medication long-term. She has also been taking contraceptive pills for a long time and is on long-term medication for hypertension. She works in the food and beverage industry, stays up late, wakes up late, and often eats late-night meals.

Reason for visit: Weight loss.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis: Spleen deficiency with excessive dampness; tongue coating white with teeth marks on the sides; pulse soft and weak.

Since last year, she has experienced intermittent pain in the middle phalanx of her left middle finger. Regular acupuncture was applied to both sides of the painful joint area, but after a year the pain would sometimes improve and sometimes worsen, without full resolution. Her mother has a history of rheumatoid arthritis. Blood tests were recommended for confirmation.

Currently, the patient has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by a Western doctor. Using Dr. Zhu’s 3C technique, acupuncture was performed on both sides of the right middle toe. The patient reported that during the past two weeks, the middle finger pain has disappeared. Follow-up will continue.

Today I treated a patient, a 52-year-old man. He is a district government employee. He has been feeling physically exhausted and is currently undergoing radiation therapy for lung cancer at the hospital. Today, he complained of tailbone pain that has lasted for five years. He has tried various Western medical treatments, but none were effective. He also has pain in his left knee.

I told him, “Since you have come to see me, I will not treat your lung cancer first. Let’s first relieve your tailbone pain and knee pain. Next time, I will prescribe Chinese herbal medicine for the lung cancer.” The patient immediately agreed.

He said, “The tailbone pain is extremely unbearable. I can’t sit or stand comfortably. If you can cure this for me, I will bring you a big champagne bottle to thank you!”

I then asked him to undress and lie on the treatment bed. He lay face-down, and I inserted two needles at the center of the neck and at the Dazhui point. After about two minutes, I asked him how the pain was. He said the pain was gone—but he noted that he was still lying down, so he wasn’t sure how it would feel when sitting.

After a moment, I had him sit on a chair. I then inserted two more needles at Baihui and nearby points, using the “Double-Side Attack Method” from the 3C Technique. The pain completely disappeared. He was astonished and asked, “What kind of method is this? It’s incredible!”

I showed him our published book, “3C Rapid Pain Relief Technique.” He immediately took out his phone and photographed the front and back covers. He said, “This is the first time I’ve heard of this technique. If I had known earlier, I wouldn’t have had to suffer all these years.”

Right away, he said, “I work in news reporting for the district government. I will definitely help promote your book!”

I felt truly gratified for the spread of the 3C Technique.
Thank you everyone for sharing! 🙏🌹

Today I treated a patient with a rotator cuff injury. They had a typical painful arc, and various treatments had been ineffective. There was pain at the front, middle, and back of the shoulder joint, so I located corresponding tender points at the front, middle, and back of the hip joint. After needling, the pain disappeared completely within seconds and the shoulder joint could move freely.

Dr Yang Yibin France

Another case truly worth reflecting on—one that deeply affected the patient, and also left a strong impression on me. The patient is a 64-year-old woman who has had bone hyperplasia (bony growths) in both thumbs for three years, causing persistent pain. She previously tried various Western medical treatments, including medication, physical therapy, and nerve block injections, but the results were unsatisfactory. In the past six months, her pain had worsened. After taking X-rays, the doctor diagnosed her with bilateral the first carpometacarpal arthritis. With the patient’s permission, I am sharing her case here. I will also report the outcome of the treatment using the 3C method.

According to the 3C treatment principle, we select corresponding acupoints on the foot to perform massage or acupuncture using a cross-correspondence approach.

This method is clearly described in our book 3C Rapid Pain Relief Techniques, on page 67.

After inserting the needle, the pain noticeably decreased. As the pain shifted, we continued to look for corresponding points on the foot and applied additional shallow needle insertions. After 5 minutes, the pain in both hands had completely disappeared. We have scheduled a follow-up appointment in two weeks. I will continue to observe and track the results, and share updates with everyone. Thank you! [Shake] [Coffee] [Rose]

@Natural Health Zhu Weimin, May I ask whether you could explain what the 3C system theory is related to? Is it connected to the meridian system, the holographic system, or something else? 🙏

Dr Zhu Weimin France

The 3C system is not related to those two systems. It exists alongside them. In terms of pain relief, it is more effective, works faster, provides more thorough results, and is simpler than those two systems.

The meridian system was observed by our ancient ancestors through internal self-awareness during meditative practices. Dong’s acupuncture also belongs to this category. These cannot be explained by modern science. The holographic system is something Zhang Yingqing discovered through careful observation and clinical acupuncture practice. It has not received a Nobel Prize because, similarly, it lacks modern scientific evidence.

The 3C system is also a phenomenon discovered through clinical observation. Its essence can only be explained through ancient Chinese cultural concepts and quantum entanglement. Why can’t these three systems be explained using Western medical science? Because they do not belong to the three-dimensional world. They are sciences of higher dimensions, and modern science has only just begun to move toward higher-dimensional understanding. There is a mysterious force in the universe that prevents humans from studying the human body in too much detail, because humans were created by God, and God does not allow humans to know all the secrets of the human body. Please refer to our videos: “The Terrifying Optical Experiment” and “What Does a Heart Transplant from 2000 Years Ago Tell Us?” If modern medicine were to master all the secrets of the human body, then a world without punishment and without faith would emerge, leading to widespread moral corruption.

Clinical Case 15: Meniscal Injury of the Knee (Massage)

Female, 58 years old. Right knee pain for the past 3 months, constant, accompanied by a clicking sound while walking. No history of trauma or other medical conditions.

Clinical Examination:
No visible skin abnormalities on the right knee, slight swelling, normal local temperature. Pain on palpation over the medial and postero-medial sides of the knee. Ligaments are stable, and McMurray’s test is positive.

MRI Findings: Shows joint effusion and a tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus (Fig. 75, 76).

Diagnosis:
Right medial meniscus injury with joint effusion.

Treatment:
According to Fig. 33, the right knee corresponds to the left elbow, and the postero-medial area of the knee corresponds to the antero-medial area of the elbow. Following this principle, a corresponding point was quickly identified. Marked tenderness was detected upon palpation of the antero-medial area of the left elbow, which surprised the patient, who asked: "Why does it hurt there?"

I replied: "Because this area is closely connected to your knee."

Massage was performed for one minute on this corresponding point using the right thumb (Fig. 77). The patient then searched for pain in her right knee. She performed several flexion and extension movements, walked, and pressed her knee with her hand but found no pain.
Surprised, she asked: "What happened? Why doesn’t it hurt anymore?"

3C Case Report: Patient, male, 54 years old, French. Consultation on November 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

Main reason for consultation: Chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, chronic kidney failure, marked edema of both lower limbs, and a history of chronic gastroenteritis. The right foot has been significantly swollen and painful due to kidney failure for 15 days. The left foot has been painful for about a week. The patient asked whether acupuncture could be used to relieve the pain in both feet. I used the 3C method, selecting points on the left hand to treat the right foot and points on the right hand to treat the left foot. Two minutes after inserting the needles, the pain improved significantly; after five minutes, it had disappeared. With the patient’s consent, I recorded a video of the session as evidence. In 15 days, he will return to my clinic for treatment of his kidney disease. I will monitor his progress, develop the next steps of the therapeutic plan, and report back.

This is the first time I have encountered pain caused by kidney failure, and I wanted to see whether the 3C method could be effective. It appears that it is. I hope everyone can discover new results through the practice of the 3C technique.

Dr Shan Qin – Switzerland

A Swiss man, born in 1949. He came to the clinic on January 5th, 2016. He had previously undergone cervical spine surgery and had no pain at that time. This time, he requested weight loss treatment: one session per week, and after ten sessions his weight went from 82.4 kg to 75.2 kg. Afterwards, he came once a month; his lowest weight was 71 kg. He continued to run regularly.

At the end of 2021, he began to feel pain in the left groin, radiating to the front of the thigh. Several acupuncture sessions brought only minimal improvement. A Western medical examination led to surgery in February 2022: a repair procedure using a ceramic rod. Through minimally invasive surgery, a ceramic rod was implanted into the femoral head. This material usually has a porous structure, which promotes local blood circulation and bone tissue repair. This method is suitable for early or mid-stage femoral head necrosis, with the goal of preserving the patient’s own femoral head and avoiding or delaying joint replacement. The postoperative course was normal, and he resumed running.

In September 2023, prostate cancer was diagnosed, without any symptoms. Hormone therapy was carried out in December, followed by eight sessions of radiotherapy starting in January 2024. During this period, the patient had no discomfort, but felt cold easily and perspired. He continued running, and in 2025 the situation remained the same. In January of this year, he underwent the same procedure on the right hip. After the surgery, he continued running.

During his visit on November 4th, he reported new pain in the front of the right thigh, and was walking more slowly. A treatment using the 3C technique was applied. While searching for the corresponding area on the left arm and applying repeated pressure, the patient immediately felt relief in the right thigh. An acupuncture session with needles retained for 20 minutes was added. After removing the needles, he felt that walking was less painful. At follow-up, the pain had decreased and walking was no longer an issue, though the problem was not completely resolved. The next appointment is scheduled for November 21st.

Dr Yang Yibin – France

Very good! 💪 I suggest that at the next appointment, after obtaining the patient’s consent, you record a short video: first the painful area, then the needle placement, while speaking with the patient. The most important thing is to precisely locate the corresponding point. A miracle will surely happen! 🤝👊🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

A case worth studying: the 3C technique in practice.

The patient, female, 34 years old, a French massage therapist, came to my clinic twice, on November 3 and November 18. She reported long-term fatigue, poor sleep, neck and shoulder pain, right shoulder pain, and cervical spine pain, all related to her job. She also mentioned heavy menstrual bleeding with blood clots and menstrual abdominal pain, which she believed were related to French dietary habits—long-term consumption of cold drinks with meals, leading to internal cold and dampness and stagnation of qi and blood. Using the 3C technique, after about one hour of treatment, all her pain disappeared. For her menstrual abdominal pain, I prescribed Tao Hong Si Wu Tang pills and scheduled a follow-up visit for November 18.

On November 18, she returned for the follow-up treatment. This time, I introduced the 3C technique to her. She said the previous treatment had been extremely effective, but then she shyly raised a question: “I’ve been living with my boyfriend for five years, and I have had long-term bilateral pain in the labia majora and minora. There’s pain even normally, but during intercourse it becomes much worse. My boyfriend is unhappy every time.” Vulvar pain is not a single disease but a general term for a group of symptoms, which may have multiple underlying causes. She had been diagnosed with vulvodynia by a French gynecologist, but treatment over the years had brought very little improvement. After I introduced the 3C rapid pain-relief technique, she asked whether it could be used with acupuncture to treat this pain.

Since I had never used the 3C method to treat this condition, I was unsure, but I agreed to try. I asked the patient to lie facedown on the bed and inserted a needle at the Dazhui point at a 15° angle. Using the theory of treating upper ailments from below and lower ailments from above, I performed acupuncture for 3 minutes. Then I asked her how the vulvar pain was. She replied, “The tightness in the labia has disappeared quickly, and the pain has decreased by 50%.” I kept the needle in place for observation. After 10 minutes the effect remained the same, with no further improvement.

So I called Dr. Zhu Weimin and asked what to do, since I had never treated this condition before. Dr. Zhu told me: “Have the patient turn over and insert a needle at the Tiantu point, and see what happens.” I immediately inserted a needle at the Tiantu point. After keeping it for 5 minutes, I asked the patient how she felt. She laughed and cried at the same time: “The pain is completely gone.” I instructed her to go home and continue observing. Today (the fourth day), she called. I asked how the pain was. She said, “It has not returned at all.” I told her to continue observing.

It seems that the 3C technique can treat not only various common types of pain, but also some unusual kinds of pain. Let us work together to spread and develop the 3C technique.

“After the conference in Sweden, based on the clinical feedback from the past two months, I’ve discovered that some people have not fully mastered this technique. At that time, the schedule was tight, so it was impossible to explain everything in detail, and there was no hands-on practice class. We treated a few patients rather hastily without thorough explanation. Therefore, I am grateful to President Mao for creating this group for everyone. [Worship][Worship][Worship]

I hope everyone can share more clinical reports so that I can identify existing problems. The book ‘3C Technique for Rapid Pain Relief’ will need at least three additional chapters to help readers fully grasp this technique.

Everyone should clearly understand that this technique has three key points:

First, the Same Track Principle. This technique has been occasionally used in some other acupuncture methods—for example, Dong’s San Guan point for treating heel pain, and the Wang technique’s elbow point for knee joint issues. However, they did not recognize its importance. Before 3C, no one proposed the “Same Track Principle,” nor listed it as an important principle for pain treatment. Treatment can also work across different tracks, sometimes with decent results, but not optimal.

Second, the Cross Principle. This is a principle passed down from the ancients, and it is also commonly used in various acupuncture techniques. But when it is applied without the Same Track Principle, its effectiveness is greatly reduced. The 3C technique emphasizes that “treating upper for lower, lower for upper,” and “left for right, right for left” should not be separated. Only when the line connecting the pain point and its corresponding point passes through the midpoint, and the three points are either vertical or horizontal, do these two principles merge into a single principle. Only when the first two principles are combined with the third principle can optimal therapeutic results be achieved.

Third, Corporeal Correspondence—a method that completely sets aside meridians and acupuncture points. It actually includes two parts:

  1. Abandoning meridians and acupuncture points

  2. Using body correspondence

Without meridians, the method becomes extremely simplified. Without fixed acupuncture points, there are infinite points to use. This is why the 3C technique becomes so precise and efficient in pain relief. This is the most critical part. It aligns with the principle in The Art of War: “There are no constant formations in warfare, just as water has no constant shape. Those who adapt to the enemy’s changes achieve victory — this is called mastery.” With this technique, one can track and pursue pain dynamically.

Don’t work in isolation. Share with everyone the cases you encounter—effective, ineffective, problematic, strange phenomena, or puzzling types of pain. Through further study, you can raise your satisfaction rate in pain treatment from 80% to 95%, making the 3C technique even more refined.

Thank you! [Worship][Worship][Worship]”

Sharing a case: A student experienced pain on the outer-back side of the right iliac crest when walking, sitting, or standing up. I located the painful spots on the opposite side of the scapula — the area was large and had many tender points. After pressing and massaging the pain points, the pain was greatly reduced, and the discomfort when walking, sitting, and standing up almost disappeared! 3C [ThumbsUp]
