Cervical Disc Herniation treated with Manipulation

Cervical Disc Herniation

Patient, 41 years old. Her main complaint is severe neck pain for 5 years, with numbness in the right hand. She had been treated with "all means in France," including Chinese medicine, massages, and many other treatments, but the results were ineffective.

The neurosurgeon suggested surgery, but she declined. Every day, she takes painkillers and cries.

Clinical examination:

Her right-sided C2 ~ 4 pressure pain is evident, the right hand is numb, and the muscle strength in her left hand is decreased.

MRI and CT scan show a C2-3-4 disc herniation.

Treatment:

Manipulation and Chinese massage, a manual reduction method created by the author.

20 minutes later, the pain completely disappeared, but when she stood up, the pain returned.

Asked her to exercise her back muscles for 2 weeks, then come back in 2 weeks without taking any medication for 48 hours before coming to the clinic.

After 2 weeks, the same treatment method, and 20 minutes later, the pain completely disappeared.

Asked her to continue exercising her back muscles for another 2 weeks.

For 18 years, the pain has never returned.
