Case 11

Patient, male, 70 years old. Residing in France. Has been suffering from hemorrhoids for several years, but after a severe illness (Covid-19), the condition worsened and developed into external hemorrhoids. The patient experiences rectal bleeding, difficulty in defecation, and unbearable pain. After a remote consultation, following medical instructions, he underwent a 40-minute self-exercise treatment. Stool consistency normalized, external hemorrhoids retracted inside the rectum, and the pain significantly reduced. After an additional day of natural treatment, the symptoms are practically nonexistent. The patient is advised to continue functional exercises for one week to consolidate the effects of the treatment.

Case 12

Patient, male, 28 years old. Has been suffering from hemorrhoids for several years, with worsening symptoms over the past two days. Visited a hospital in Germany where the doctor recommended surgery, but the patient refused due to the pain. After a remote consultation, following medical instructions, he underwent a 30-minute self-exercise treatment. Significant improvement occurred, and two days later, the patient had completely recovered. The patient is advised to continue functional exercises for one week to consolidate the effects of the treatment.
