Clinical Case :

A 58-year-old man suddenly lost a significant portion of vision in his left eye. When he covered his right eye, it was as if he was in a fog. He visited an ophthalmology department at a hospital in France multiple times, where three ophthalmologists examined him repeatedly. Eventually, he was referred to a major hospital for further examinations with state-of-the-art equipment. The result was announced by an ophthalmologist who stated that it was retinal degeneration and that it was impossible to recover his vision. However, if the patient wished to improve his situation, the ophthalmologist could administer an injection of medication around the left eye. Upon hearing this, the patient repeated multiple times, "no, no, no."

He then sought consultation with Chinese medicine, which recommended that he drink a decoction of 6 grams of goji berries and 3 grams of chrysanthemum every day.

Three weeks later, not only had his vision in the left eye completely recovered, but his vision in both eyes had significantly improved. Previously, he couldn't see his cell phone without glasses, but now, without glasses, he can read and write messages without any problem. During a follow-up 5 years later, his vision remained intact.
